I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The hotel was in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the harbor area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The bed was extra comfy and the kitchen had everything I needed for my city break. the staff were lovely and the early check-in was a bonus. the hotel's location was key - less than a 10 min walk from where the airport shuttle dropped me off and close to the famous Vieux Port. I didn't mind the immediate area being a little shabby, as the design of the room was thoughtful with nice touches. Having a baggage service for when I checked out and wanted to go walking was also a great convenience.

There was no heater in the room, and the air conditioning only worked on cold. I contacted the front desk, but they couldn't do much about it.
